James T Fahy is a practising barrister, representing people in court on a regular basis, advising solicitors regarding clients cases and drafting legal documents for court proceedings.
With a legal career spanning over 28 years, (he was formally a member of An Garda Síochána, which in itself allowed a different type of experience and a different insight into the law world).
He currently has a wide and varied practice in courts all over the country.
Over the years education law became his speciality due to no particular plan on his part but it evolved over time as do many law careers.
James has been delivering the Transition Year Law Module in excess of 12 years.
